A Local Government Secretariat in Ondo State, has been fixed up with arranged charms over the arrangement of a non-indegene as the LG's secretary.

In a photograph which surfaced online and is making rounds on online networking, the Ese-Odo Local Government Area Secretariat in the Igbekebo range of Ondo State, was fixed up with grouped charms over the arrangement of a non-indegene as secretary.

As indicated by reports, obscure people continued to the secretariat to drop interest articles to discourage individuals from getting access into the premises.

More subtle elements sorrounding the occurrence is not yet learned as at the season of recording this report.
